General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your transvaginal ultrasound result that demonstrate a nodule at the anterior and posterior myomentrium as well as enlarged mass both at the ovaries I will suggest you have developed uterine fibroid with bilateral ovarian cyst

In view of this please see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and possible surgical interventional procedures

I hope this helps Regards
